Raffaela holds a Master’s degree in Political Science – International Relations from UQÀM (with honors). She has cultivated a great love for theater since her youth.

After an experience in the audiovisual industry (documentary), Raffaela returned to the world of performing arts, working in dance and new technologies. She has a background as a project manager in international cooperation and also a background in teaching Italian language and culture.

Currently, she is a digital cultural development officer at the Conseil québécois du théâtre. She wishes to provide the Quebec theatre community with quality support to create an inclusive digital universe, open to the heterogeneous realities of the milieu. Animated by a collaborative spirit and sensitive to the diverse needs of the community, she has a real penchant for unifying projects that stimulate dialogue within the milieu and between disciplines.
